Refund policy

All sales are FINAL, there will be ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS or REFUNDS unless there is an issue on my end.

Incorrect items:

I will issue a refund once the product has been sent back and is in my possession in the same condition it was sent in. After 14 days if you have not followed the rules in place, I will not issue a refund.

Broken products:

I am a firm believer that my products hold power and I will not be taking any returns due to upholding the knowledge of the value your product holds. If your jewelry happens to break, then it has served its purpose or possibly spirit is letting you know that it does not serve you.
